Our mission is to collaborate with other community organizations to assist academically motivated young boys from environmentally challenged neighborhoods with achieving their full academic potential and becoming leaders who alter the trajectory of their communities to affect positive change.

Our vision is to have more educated leaders from our urban and less affluent communities, to see these boys completing high school, graduating college, and becoming decision makers who can positively impact change, creating a more equitable, integrity focused nation.
