Karen Kirby is an audit partner at Prager Metis CPA’s, a mid-sized national CPA firm headquartered in New York City. Karen is the Financial Services Practice Leader and has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, including 25 years in public accounting. Her specialty is conducting audits of investment partnerships and providing consulting and accounting services to fund managers. Karen also provides services to various not-for-profit clients.
Karen has been involved with Platinum Minds since meeting Yvette Long during a golf outing over four years ago. “Yvette’s passion and the mission of Platinum Minds inspired her to want to help.” After a few years as a leader of the event committee for the annual dinner, Karen has joined the Board of Directors, to offer additional support to the organization.
Peter Neuberg, The founding of the predecessor CPA firm go back to the 1970s; client service has continued without interruption since that time. Henderson & Neuberg, LLC was formed in 2009. Peter G. Neuberg is the sole owner. Peter brings over 35 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Planning and Wealth Preservation.
